What do you get when you combine a farmers market, a deli, and natural foods store? The Station! We’re the North Fork Valley’s one-stop-shop for fresh and local food.

The mission of The Station is to provide the North Fork Valley with access to food grown by Western Slope family farmers in a convenient and welcoming environment. We aim to help our community connect to their farmers and the agricultural tradition of our valley while increasing the sales of locally grown and produced food products.

So good, you won’t care that it’s vegan! Perfectly seasonal tofu scramble with peppers, onions, and potatoes.

Flaky pastry dough wrapped around savory filling. Choice of chicken chipotle or chicken green chile.
